What to expect?   We know it's not always easy to walk into something new.   Maybe you have never been to a Church before or maybe you have only been to the odd family occasion or are a Christian, you are welcome here.  This is a place where you can come as you are to ask questions, explore and find new ideas, perspectives, and friends.   What should I wear? Come as you are. There's no dress code.  There's no right or wrong.  What matters to God and to us is that you are here and we look forward to seeing you.   What about the offering basket? Please let the offering basket pass you by and just be our guest.  Regular attenders of the church, we give in the worship as an act of gratitude to God to support the ongoing work of the church.    What’s available for the Children?   Children hold a very special place in God's kingdom. As Church that is committed to welcoming families, we believe the most essential aspect of a child's life is a relationship with Jesus.   During the service the children will stay for the first part of worship and then they are taken to the ‘Children’s Church’ building where they will have their own meeting whilst the main service continues. During ‘Children’s Church’ the children will enjoy fun, stories and games and will learn good biblical principles to help them develop their relationship with Jesus.   M.E.C practices an active child protection policy and all our children's workers are CRB checked/approved.   What else should I know? Well quite simply, we are a small but growing church that follows Jesus by ‘Loving God’, ‘Loving People’, and Serving Others’.
